Mr. Wallace Paul Holloway, aka “Bo” was born August 25, 1958 in Miami, FL to Paul and Henrietta Burke Holloway. He grew up in Miami and attended the public schools of Dade County, FL. In 1977, Bo graduated from Miami Jackson Senior High School. After high school, Bo found work at various businesses around the city of Miami; finally settling as a bus driver for the Miami-Dade Public School System.
In 2005, Wallace relocated to southeast Georgia, the native home of his parents, Paul and Henrietta. As a child, he and his brother had enjoyed yearly visits with his parents to Bulloch and Candler County, GA. For this reason, it was like coming home for Bo. His last fulltime job was in the maintenance department at Georgia Southern University.
Having a love for the Lord, Bo joined Mt. Zion United Methodist Church in Pulaski, GA.
Bo was a friendly, easy going person with a hearty laugh. He was an excellent cook and enjoyed cooking for family and friends. He had a way of making friends feel like family.
Surviving loved ones include: one brother, Demetrius Holloway of Miami, FL; several cousins, to include Verniecia Nelson of Miami, FL, who was like a sister; one aunt, Mildred Holloway of Metter, GA; one great aunt, Almeeter Phillips of Metter, GA ; his godson and his family, Temar Wilson (Brianna) and baby, Kolsyn; many loving friends, to include two that Bo referred to as true friends, Matthew Boyd and Claude Boatright.
