Obituary
Travis Santrell Wilson was born October 4, 1985, in Swainsboro, Georgia to Barbara Wilson and the late Anthony Strachan. He departed this life Sunday, June 11, 2023.
He attended the public school of Candler County, Georgia. Travis loved sports and enjoyed track and playing football for the MHS Tigers. He was a graduate of the Metter High School, class of 2005. He loved his family and enjoyed spending time with them.
Travis was preceded in death by his father, paternal grandparents, and maternal grandparents.
He is survived by his son, Ja’Kaden Wilson; his mother, Barbara Wilson; seven siblings, Leann Simmons, Latavia Wilson, Tarshell Ellis, Timothy Grace, Priscilla Lightburn, Sanquell Wilson (Maggie), Charles Jamerson (Taylor); nineteen nephews and nieces, five great nephews and nieces, and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
