Ruby Dell (Woods) Spears

Mrs. Ruby Dell Spears was born may 10, 1927 to the late Jim and Cornelia Woods. She departed this walk of life on March 24, 2017, at Pruitt Nursing Home, Swainsboro, Georgia, following a brief illness.

Mrs. Ruby was a strong believer that confessed her love and acceptance of Christ at Stillmore Deliverance Center. She served faithfully and was the Mother of the Church. Mrs. Ruby loved spreading her time with family and friend and mostly talking about the Lord.  She was united in holy matrimony to the late William H. Spears.

Mrs. Ruby is survived by three daughters, Verdia Drewery of Statesboro, Georgia, Shirley Booker of Wilmington, Delaware, Connie Spears and Janice (Tim) Wadley both of Stillmore, Georgia; two sons, Freddie James (Patricia) Booker of Hephzibah, Georgia and Jamie Spears of Stillmore, Georgia; six brothers, Charles Woods of Sumter, South Carolina, Paul (Geneva) Hill and Grady (Eunice) Hill both of Akron, Ohio, Jerome Hill of Alliance, Ohio, Luscious (Dorothy) Hill of Savannah, Georgia, and Alexander Hill of East Dublin, Georgia; one sister, Mazie Gordon of Stillmore, Georgia; thirteen grandchildren, fourteen great-grandchildren, and a host of nephews, nieces, and other relatives.
