Roxanne Denise Carwell was born January 2, 1961, to William (Bill) Carwell, Sr. of Reidsville, Georgia and Juanita Browder Jamerson of Metter, Georgia. She departed this life on October 24, 2018 after a short illness.
Roxanne attended Reidsville High School and graduatedfrom Metter High School in 1978. She also attended and graduated from Swainsboro Technical College in 1981.
Roxanne was a communication operator at the Georgia State Patrol for thirty-one (31) years. She was a dedicated hard worker aho truly loved her family and dedicated her life to taking care of her family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Roy Belleman, her father, William (Bill) Carwell, Sr. and one brother, Jon Davis, Jr.
She leaves to cherish her memories her mother, Juanita Browder Jamerson of Metter, Georgia; three sisters, Veta Lawanda Carwell of Collins, Georgia, Vanessa Diana (Dale) Branch of Claxton, Georgia, Lugreta C. (Sammie) Lawrence of Metter, Georgia; six brothers, Raymond Hayes of Savannah, Georgia, Larry Jamerson and Charles Jamerson both of Statesboro, Georgia, William Carwell, Jr. of Reidsville, Georgia, Harold Jamerson and Harmon Lee (Linda) Carwell both of Metter, Georgia; uncles, aunts, a host of nephews, nieces, cousins, friends, and a friend, Larry McDuffie.
