Roman Anthony (Bo) Byrd

Roman Anthony Byrd a.k.a Bodily a.k.a Bo, was born September 11, 1964 to Roman and Frances Mae Byrd in Alexandria, VA. He passed on Wednesday, July 13, 2022.

Bo attended the public schools of Alexandria and did well. He loved using his hands and became an entrepreneur in tattooing, labor work, mechanical work, and carpentry. His was recently employed with Bench Mark Utilities as skilled laborer.

Anytime he was needed, he was there for anything and everything especially for family and friends.

He is proceeded in death by his mother, Frances Mae Byrd, his father, Roman Byrd and his brother, Larry B. Byrd.

He leaves behind to cherish many memories; one daughter, Desiree Lea of Alexandria, VA; two brothers, Quinton Byrd (Charlene) and Rodney L. Byrd (Linder) both of Alexandria, VA; two sisters, Daisy R. Byrd, Jannie D. Byrd; one uncle, Harold Byrd (Stella) of Stockbridge, GA; and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins in VA, GA, and FL. He will be dearly missed!

Family will receive guest Friday, July 29, 2022, 6:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. at Greene Funeral Home, Inc., 814 Franklin Street, Alexandria VA.
