Patricia Johnson

Patricia Johnson was born January 22, 1968 in Brooklyn, New York to Sylester Johnson and Helen Swans Fann. She departed this life on November 10, 2015 following a brief illness. 

She was proceeded in death by her father, and step father, Perry Fann, Sr.

Patricia is survived by one son, Cornelius Fann, Twin City, Georgia; two daughters, Latoya (Andre) Perry, Houston Texas and LaFran Peebles, El Paso Texas; her mother, Helen S. Fann, Twin City, Georgia; four brothers, Alvin (Marilyn) Swans and Perry (Jan) Fann, both of Twin City, Georgia; Clarence Fann, Millen, Georgia and Patrick Mosley, Swainsboro, Georgia; five sisters, Sonya Fann, Diane Handsom, Deidra Handsom and Maria Matthews, all of Swainsboro, Georgia, and Tonya (Kenneth) Gilmore, Twin City, Georgia; four grandchildren, Cameron Y. C. Rock, Oakland T. Perry, A'Nylah M. Perry and Ashton Hernandez; a special friend, Shawn Sherrod and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
