Mildred H. (Harden) Mincey

Mrs. Mildred H. Mincey (Pee-Wee) was born on January 10, 1946 in Statesboro, Georgia the late Mr. Jake Harden, Sr. and the late Lizzie Lee Little Harden. On Sunday, May 5, 2019, God called her home to rest.

She attended school in Register, GA. She was married to Mr. James Mincey (Jacksonville, FL) and they were blessed with four beautiful daughters.

She is preceded in death by a daughter, Belinda M. Keel; a granddaughter, Learise S. Mincey; two sisters, Leola Burton and Lizzie Mae Leach and two brothers, Frank Littles and James Harden, Sr.

Mrs. Mildred H. Mincey leaves special memories to four loving daughters, Lizzie Ann Boykin (Reverend Calvin Boykin), Minister Marilyn Knight (Minister Vernon Knight), Gladys Wright (Kenneth) and Dorothy Tillman; six sisters, Ruby Redding, Statesboro, GA, Lucille Steely Moore, Metter, GA, Mae Evelyn Jackson (Charles), Statesboro, GA, Margie Byrd (Jesse), Metter, GA, Voncin H. Douglas, Statesboro, GA, Blondie Harden, Claxton, GA; five brothers, Jake Harden, Jr., Metter, GA, Roney Harden (Cynthia), Alaska, Tony Harden (Modestine), Statesboro, GA, Ronnie Harden (Connie), Metter, GA and Bruce Harden, Metter, GA; a sister-in-law, Delores Harden, Metter, GA; twenty-two grandchildren; forty-nine great grandchildren; a host of loving nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends.
