Lurensa Makell McCollum, 36, of Decatur, GA passed away Thursday, October 24, 2019 in the Dekalb Emory Medical Center in Decatur. He is the son of Cynthia McCollum Phelps and Carlton Phelps of Stone Mountain, GA and the grandson of B. C. McCollum and the late Hazel McCollum. The funeral service will be 12:00 noon, Saturday November 2, 2019 at the W. H. Whitaker Memorial Chapel, Whitaker Funeral Home, Metter, GA. Burial will follow in the Saint Matthew Church Cemetery, Metter.
