Linda Gail (Brown) Posley

Linda Gail Posley was born September 23, 1970, to  M.C. Sherd and Ruby Lee Sherd in Metter, Georgia. She was reared in Tattnall County, Georgia, and there she received her formal education in the public school system.

Entering the workforce system, Linda shared her love for people by working in the Clinch County Healthcare system for several years. She enjoyed cooking, loved to laugh, but most importantly, spending time with her grandchildren. 

On September 23, 2011, she married the love of her life, Marlo J. Posley.

Mrs. Posely quietly transitioned to rest on Saturday, November 6, 2021, at the Meadows Regional Medical Center in Vidalia, Georgia. She was predeceased by her parents.

Those who love her and remain to cherish fond memories are: her husband, Marlo J. Posley; two sons, Lamar White, Vidalia, GA and Antonio (Mercedes) White, Statesboro, GA; three sisters, Marsha Ann (James) Crummer, Hinesville, GA, Andrea Mathis, Ludowici, GA, and Brenda Faye (Dennis)  Brown, Jacksonville, FL; eight loving grandchildren and a host of nephews, nieces and other relatives.
