Kim Pelish

Ms. Kim Dukes Pelish, 41, passed away peacefully on Thursday, July 7, 2022, after a short illness. Kim took her first breath on December 22, 1980,  to Freddie Hodge and Rosa Dukes Hodge in Bulloch County Georgia.

Kim attended Southeast Bulloch High School and graduated with her class of 2000. After high school, she continued her education at Savannah Technical College and received her degree as a Pharmacy Tech. Kim has had several careers in life but working as a caregiver was her passion. She has worked as a caregiver and a Lyft driver until her health started to decline.

Kim was preceded in death by her husband, Brian Pelish, her parents; one brother, Rico Hodge; her grandparents; one aunt, Polly Lagrant; cousins, Danielle Miller and James Hodge.

Kim leaves to cherish many great memories: one son, Jaheem Pelish of Hinesville, GA; one brother, Byron Hodge (Jessica) of Hinesville, GA; two nieces, one nephew, and friends who loved her dearly.
