Howard Louis Brown

Howard L. Brown was born August 17, 1968 to the late Mamie L. Brown and the late Lee J. Mercer and in Metter, Georgia. He departed this life on Sunday, December 20, 2020 at the East Georgia Regional Medical Center in Statesboro, Georgia after a short illness.

He was a member of God’s Holy Tabernacle For All People Outreach Ministries, under the leadership of Pastor Amos Handsom, Jr., for twenty-two years. Howard played the drums and was a faithful and humble servant for the Lord. He was a Christian, loved the Lord and sing praises unto Him. Howard was employed at EMCO Services as a yard worker since January 23, 1996. He was a warmhearted, intelligent, sweet, loving person.

He leaves to cherish his memory: four sisters, Mary Smith of Twin City, Georgia, Martha Mack of Swainsboro, Georgia, Annie L. Brown of Metter, Georgia, and Rosa L. Brown of Wadley, Georgia; one uncle, Noel Mack of Twin City, Georgia; one special friend, Willie Dean Chance of Swainsboro, Georgia; a host nephews, nieces, other relatives, and friends.
