Gladys (Fann) Fann

Ms. Gladys Fann, born to Sharper Fann and Classie Dennie Fann in Aline, Georgia on April 16, 1925. She departed this life on October, 30, 2015 at the age of 90 after an extended illness.

Though Gladys never gave birth to any children, she was a mother and caregiver to many throughout her long years. She had a huge heart when it came to children, and babysat many in the community, as well as raised and mothered several children. 

Gladys is proceeded in death by her parents, Sharper and Classie Dennie Fann; her thirteen brothers, Willie Fann, Homer Fann, James Fann, Azerene Fann, Ulysses Fann, Clyde Fann, J D Fann, Clarence Fann, Bruce Fann, Ralph Fann, Robert Lee Fann, Roy Fann, George Fann, Otis Fann Sr.; two sister, Ida Fann and Segaster Fann.

She leaves to cherish her memories, two sisters, Marion Fann, Twin City, GA, and Mary Fann, Staton Island, New York. Two sister in laws, Willie Mae Fann, Newark, New Jersey, and Dannie Mae Fann, Twin City, GA; two “adopted” daughters, Lucille Fann, Marietta, GA, and Carol Bardwell (Stanley Bardwell), Tacoma, WA; devoted nieces, Barbara Ann Fann (caregiver), Twin City, GA, and Classie Gail Fann, Twin, City, GA and a host of other relatives and friends.
