Edna Lois (Taylor) Parrish

Edna Lois Parrish was born July 17, 1937, in Bulloch County, Georgia to the late Harvey Mason and Katie Gadson. Edna attended the public schools of Bulloch County and was a faithful member of Lakeside First Baptist Church, Metter, Georgia.

Edna enjoyed cooking,  baking, shopping,  working in her yard, and mostly singing at many different church functions. She was employed with the Bulloch County Board of Education in the transportation department, as a bus driver for over forty years.

Edna peacefully departed this life on Tuesday, October 10, 2023, at Heritage Inn Health & Rehabilitation, Statesboro, Georgia.

She leaves to cherish many memories one son, Quincy Taylor and his wife Patricia; two grandchildren, LaMarcus Taylor and Crystal Taylor;  one great grandchild, Christian Taylor; one brother-in-law, Elbert Chapell and host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
