Donald Lee Edenfield

Obituary

Donald Lee Edenfield was born in Salem, New Jersey on August 25, 1955, the fourth of eight children to Charlie D. and Doretha Calhoun Edenfield. His parents relocated their family to their home state of Georgia when Donald was young. Hs formative education was received in the public school system of Candler County, Georgia. 

After graduating from high school, Donald enlisted in the United States Army. He was trained and served as a paratrooper. He was honorably discharged in 1975. Donald enjoying gardening and fishing.

He was married to the former Anne Cannady. He later married Susie Branch.

He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers, James Lloyd Edenfield and Charlie D. Edenfield, Jr.

Donald is survived by three sons, Donald T. Edenfield of Cobbtown, GA, Christopher Edenfield of Atlanta, GA, and Willie Branch Edenfield (Jessica); three brothers, Claude E. Edenfield of Hagan, GA, Clifford Edenfield and Robert L. Edenfield bot of Metter, GA; three sisters, Irene E. George (Joe Mack) of Augusta, GA, Arlene E. Gibson (Larry) of Metter, GA, and Delisha Hester of Atlanta, GA; seven grandchildren; several nephews, nieces, cousins and friends.
