Debra Sue Holloway was born February 21, 1959 in Metter, Georgia to the late Riley “Bill” Holloway and Mildred Brown Holloway. She entered eternal rest on Wednesday, April 14, 2021.
Debra attended the Candler County public school system and she was a member of the Metter High School graduating class of 1977. She resided in Vidalia, Georgia for over twenty-five years. Debra was employed at Tumi Luggage for sixteen years. She loved to spend quality time with her grandchildren, as well as spending personal time fishing at a nearby lake.
She leaves to cherish many fond memories six children, Antoine Byrd, Jasmine Byrd, Tyera Holloway, Dashon Holloway, Ieshia Holloway of Vidalia, GA and Fabian Byrd of Atlanta, GA; eleven grandchildren; her mother, Mildred Holloway of Metter, GA; three siblings, Michael (Tama) Holloway of Decatur, GA; David Holloway of Metter, GA and Yolette Holloway of Vidalia, GA; one god-sister, Julia (Harold) Boston of Metter, GA; one aunt, Lillie Jackson of Jersey City NJ; one uncle, James (Ruthie) Brown of Metter, GA; eight nieces and nephews; Darnell Stapleton, Kendra Holloway, Kendall Holloway, Keondra Powell, Peyton “Todd” Lanier, Hillarie Hankerson, Michael C. Holloway and Caleb Holloway; and a host of cousins and friends.
