Deacon Ezra Doyle

Deacon Ezra Doyle was born in Swainsboro, Georgia on February 14, 1937 to Mr. Lee Edward Doyle and Mrs. Theola Scott Doyle. He departed this life Sunday, January 11, 2015, at the Georgia Regents Medical Center.

 

Ezra attended Smith Grove Baptist Church and served as a deacon. He was a Deputy Sheriff in Emanuel County and a veteran in the United States Army, serving in thr Korean Conflict from 1955 - 1958.

 

He was united in holy matrimony to Bettye Bell. He was a devoted father and husband to his family. 

 

Ezra is survived by his wife, Bettye Doyle; three sons, Erickson Doyle, Kelvin Doyle and Malcolm Doyle; two daughters, Kathy Doyle and Sylvuette, two sisters, Neator D. White and Christine D. Brown; three grandchildren, one great grandchild and a host of nephews, neices, realative and friends.

 

Public viewing will be held after the eulogy.
