Camron Devonne Andrews

Camron Devonne Andrews was born July 31, 2008, in Vidalia, Georgia at Memorial Health to Brittney Davis Thomas and Gwain Andrews. Camron departed this life into eternal life on September 5, 2024.

Camron attended the public schools of Tattnall County, Georgia. He entered the workforce at an early age, farming, with his grandmother, Beatrice Andrews. He was a very hard worker, and he loved farming. The beach was Camron’s happy place.  He also enjoyed going to the racetrack.

Camron was always a loving and humble child. He loved his family, and he enjoyed family gatherings and family outings. He had dreams of serving in the United States Navy.

Camron also loved going to church with his mother at Saint Matthew Missionary Baptist Church in Mt. Vernon, Georgia.

He  was preceded in death by his maternal great-grandfathers, Ulysses Byrd and Donald Ricks, maternal great-grandmother, Judy Ricks and his paternal great-grandparents, Zobie and Carrie Cheley.

He leaves to cherish loving memories: his mother, Brittney (Tyrone) Thomas of Vidalia, GA; his father, Gwain Andrews (Marquita Peterson) of Collins, Georgia; five siblings, Jaylen Andrews, Kassidy Andrews, Autumn Andrews, Patience Davis and Novena Andrews; paternal grandmother, Beatrice Andrews, Collins, GA; paternal grandfather, Glenn Andrews, Sr., Collins, GA; maternal grandparents, Lincoln and Essie Davis, Mt. Vernon, GA; one maternal great-grandmother, Martha Byrd, Mt. Vernon, GA; three uncles, Glenn Andrews, Jr. (Alex), Spokane, WA, Henry Brownlee (Brittney), Brunswick, GA and Reggie Clark (Samantha), Longs, SC; four aunts, Renee Erbai, Brunswick, GA, Jessica Davis and Jasmine Davis (Gregory Bacon, Sr.) both if Mt. Vernon, GA, and Rachel Andrews, Cobbtown, GA; special cousins he loved dearly, Nana Gore, Brandon Nichols (Emma), Ciana Davis, Kamarion Avilez, Allison Holland, Ava Andrews, Austin Holland, Calliope Nichols, Novalee Houghton, Xavier Holland, Leston Andrews, Aaliyah Gore, Aariyah Gore, Aamiyah Gore, and Kashdon Gore; a loving and caring friend, Aiden Garcia, Reidsville, GA; and a host of great uncles, great aunts, cousins and friends.
