Belinda (Mincey) Keel

Belinda Mincey Keel was born December 26, 1966 in Metter, Georgia to Mr. James Mincey and Ms. Mildred Mincey. She departed this life Thursday, March 17, 2016 at East Georgia Regional Medical Center in Statesboro, Georgia.

Belinda attended the public schools of Candler County, Georgia. She was loved by many people, especially her family and friends. Belinda was the type of person who would offer her home to anybody that needed it, especially her nephews and nieces. 

She leaves to cherish precious memories; her husband, Mr. Stanley Keel, one daughter, Mrs. Marilyn (Edward) Thomas, all of Statesboro, GA; two grandchildren, Hannah and Johntarvious Thomas, both of Statesboro, GA; her father, Mr. James (Bertha) Mincey of Jacksonville, FL; her mother, Ms. Mildred Mincey of Metter, GA; five sisters, Mrs. Gladys (Kenneth) Wright, Mrs. Marilyn (Vernon) Knight, Mrs. Lizzie Ann (Calvin) Boykin, Mrs. Dorothy Tillman all of Metter, GA, Ms. Joanne Mincey of Jacksonville, FL and Ms. Loraine Lanier of Ft. Lauderdale, FL; two brothers, Mr. James Mincey and Mr. Henry Mincey both of Jacksonville, FL; several loving uncles, aunts, nephews, nieces, two special grandsons, Wesley Thomas and Jordan Thomas and a very special friend, Ms. Cathy Spann.
