Antwan Ramon Joiner

Antwan Ramon Joiner was born July 23, 1986 in Miami, Florida to Joe and Grace Dekle Joiner. He departed this life on Thursday, September 28, 2023 in Burke County, Georgia. Antwan attended the public schools of Candler County and was a graduate of the Metter High School class of 2004.

Antwan, affectionately known as “PT”, was married to the love of his life, LaKaeta Mincey. They enjoyed the company of one another, when you saw one, you saw the other. He strongly believed in providing for his family and worked many jobs. For the past six years he was employed with the Linzer Products Corporation, Metter, Georgia.

Several years ago, he joined Mt. Zion Missionary Baptist Church, Aline Community, under the leadership of the late Pastor Jay Phillips. Antwan was a football fan. His favorite teams were the University of Miami and New England Patriots .

He leaves to cherish many memories, his caring wife, LaKaeta Mincey Joiner; one son, Jo’siah Joiner; one daughter, A’Kaela Joiner; his parents, Joe and Grace Joiner; two brothers, Altoma Dekle and Bernard Joiner; father-in-law; Michael J. Eason; mother-in-law, Kim Mincey; grandmother-in-law, Barbara Walker; one brother-in-law, Michael A. Eason; one sister-in-law, Jessica Bonilla; one godson, Kaeson Mincey; special cousins, Shante’ Dekle and Earlene Daniels; a best friend, Matt Lanier and a host of uncles, aunts, relatives and friends.
