A TIME TO LIVE: Annie Liza attended the public schools of Candler County.  After completing her education, she helped her family with the many household and farming chores. With a great love for cooking and sewing, she worked diligently to provide for her family.  She worked at Brooks Restaurant for many years; she was such of a good cook they hated to see her leave.  Annie took great pleasure in helping people in her community; she was always willing to do whatever she could to assist others.

She was also preceded in death by one daughter, Vertie Mae Byrd.

TIME TO REST: On Saturday morning, July 20, 2019, the Lord whispered to her and said, “My good and faithful servant, it is your time to come home with Me and take your rest.  You fought a good fight; you have finished your race.”
