Robert Louis Ellis

Mr. Robert Louis Ellis was born on January 8, 1948 in Candler County, Georgia. He was the oldest child of the late Mr. Josh W. and Mrs. Anna Ellis. Robert entered into eternal rest on Saturday, May 12, 2018 at Memorial Health University Medical Center in Savannah, Georgia.

He attended the public schools of Candler County, Georgia, and he enjoyed service at Mount Zion United Methodist Church in Pulaski, Georgia.

He leaves to cherish his memories, two sisters, Catrina Hampton and Theresa (Willie Lee) Williams both of Metter, Georgia; three brothers, Alton Earl (Janet) Ellis, Carl Lee Ellis both of Metter, Georgia, and Hallery L. (Miranda) Ellis of Phoenix, Arizona; two goddaughters, Valerie, and Nora Rucker; several nieces and nephews to include four to whom he was very close, Roberta, Gregory, Larry, and Duran; a host of cousins and friends.
